Single Class Reservations
• Cancellations made 12 or more hours before class may be transferred as a class credit for a future danceX4 class.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of class, late arrivals, or no shows will result in the loss of that class credit.
Class Packages
• Class packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Unused classes may be used before their expiration date, if applicable.
Event Cancellations
In the rare case that danceX4 must cancel a class due to weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or class credit.
Medical & Emergency Exceptions

Photography & Media
From time to time, photos and videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in this content. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the instructor before class.
